Real Fun Group acquires eight clubs from Majestic Bingo

Real Fun Group has completed the acquisition of eight bingo clubs from Majestic Bingo, expanding the group’s portfolio to a total of 10 clubs throughout England and Wales. 

Majestic Bingo had gone into administration on 7 July 023, overseen by Tim Bateson and Chris Pole from Interpath Advisory as joint administrators. 

Owing to this acquisition, it has been said that 140 individuals will have their jobs safeguarded. Real Fun Group will now employ nearly 200 staff across its bingo clubs nationwide. 

For Real Fun Group, this deal also aims to help establish the company within the industry and potentially position itself as one of the UK’s largest independent bingo operators.
